Deadlines & Payment

Registration deadline is 1st of March 2026. Generall it‘s possible to order all Cupcards after deadline, but e can‘t guarantee availability and especially our prices. We charge 50 € extra for late registrations after deadline because of the effort of schedule making. 

The Payment deadline is 25th March 2026. All teams that have not made any kind of payment will be taken out of the schedule. Early- Bird-Discounts can be applied until 30th of November 2025 (first come, first served). Early-Bird-Teams need to have payed at least the half of their total price until the 1st of January 2026 or the discount is invalid. First installments have to be paid 14 days after the online registration on to the tournaments bank account.

The Payment should be made by one bank account for an entire team. We do not want many separate transactions.
