Costs & Deadlines

Cost Split

Our costs are generated by following fees: 

1. Starting-Fee 

2. Cupcard-Fee 

3. Deposit (will be returned after the tournament) 

4. Catering-Fee 

5. Possible Upgrade: Catering-Fee 

6. Public Transport Fee

We split these costs to be as transparent as possible for you. To guarantee you our best prices it is mandatory to book some minimal packages for each category. In all areas you can upgrade as we explain down below for each.

 

Starting Fees

The starting fee has to be paid for each team that is registered. All starter fee packages include cupshirts 14x, entry to the Allstar-Saturday-Night-Event and a surprise from a local basketball shop

1. 200€: 14 x Cupshirt (size indication via online registration)

2. Teams that stay at own accommodation (only for teams not from Berlin or Brandenburg) 450€: 14 x Cupshirt (size indication via online registration) 

3.  Only for FIBA 3x3 teams: 80€: 4x Cupshirt (size indication via online registration)

Costs Accomodation

Every participant needs a Cupcard to identify themselves and to experience the international tournament flair. Our guests can choose between 4 different Cupcard variations. The Cupcard represents your type of sleeping accommodation for 4 nights and minimal catering. 

The variations are: Berlin, NBA, Highschool, College. An additional deposit of 250€ for each team is mandatory and will be paid back after the tournament in case of no damage or violations to the rules. In case of Cupcard Highschool the deposit is 500€.

 Generally it‘s possible to order Cupcard NBA and College after Deadline, we can‘t guarantee our prices. You need to expect higher prices per person. To cancel individual persons after deadline i t cost a fine of 50€ per canceled person plus the entire costs of the Cupcard. A cancellation of a full team after the 2nd of March 2026 results in no refund.

 

Cupcard Berlin

  • Only possible for teams from Berlin and Brandenburg 
  • No accommodation 
  • 25€ per person, all you can eat 3x lunch (from friday to sunday, days are not exchangeable) 
  • Deposit of 250€ for each team, which will be paid back after the tournament in case of no damage or violations to the rules 

Cupcard own Accommodation

  • Only for Teams from Berlin and Brandenburg
  • YOu need to book your own accommodation
  • 450€
  • Deposit of 250€ for each team, which will be paid back after the tournament in case of no damage or violations to the rules   


CUPCARD NBA 

  • Hotel, while stocks last - Deadline 28th of February  
  • Only 4-6 bedrooms - (single/double/triple-bedrooms available on extra fee)  
  • Check-in is possible at any time. The keys for the rooms are available from 14:30 pm on the arrival day. On the day of your departure the rooms have to be thoroughly cleaned and the keys need to be handed over until 10am  
  • No meals and no breakfast included 
  • => GOLD200 € per person (4x nights in Berlin) 
  • => 160 € per person (3x nights in Berlin) 
  • => SILVER 180 € per person (4x nights in Berlin) 
  • => 150 € per person (3x nights in Berlin) 

CUPCARD HIGHSCHOOL  

  • Gym accommodation in classrooms or similar  
  • No showers guaranteed - only at the tournament courts guaranteed  
  • Please bring your own air mattresses, sleeping pads, pillows etc.  
  • No meals and no breakfast included 
  • => 70 € per person (4x nights in Berlin) 
  • => 60 € per person (3x nights in Berlin)  
  • In this case a deposit of 500€ is andator

 CUPCARD COLLEGE  

  • Hostel, while stocks last- Deadline 1st of March  
  • Only 4-8 bedrooms - (single/double/triple-bedrooms available on extra fee)   
  • Check-in is possible at any time. The keys for the rooms are available from 14:30 pm on the arrival day. On the day of your departure the rooms have to be thoroughly cleaned and the keys need to be handed over until 10 am. Some hostels take a 15 € deposit per person for the keys.  
  • No meals and no breakfast included 
  • => GOLD 180 € per person (4x nights in Berlin)
  • => 140 € per person (3x nights in Berlin) 
  • => SILVER 140 € per person (4x nights in Berlin)—>Be fast to book! 
  • => 110 € per person (3x nights in Berlin)

 

 

CATERING 

We probably offer “ ll You Can Eat” for our participants Every participatin tea needs to order at least the “6 Meals” packa e his is necessar because other ise e can’t offer the sho n prices You ill be able to choose bet een a eat option (helal, no pork) and a vegan/ vegetarian option for e er one ho doesn’t like meat or dairy. 

6 MEALS / INCLUDED in the price of mandatory additional 60 € (all you can eat)

ADDITIONALLY IT IS POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: 

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 25 € per person

DINNER THURSDAY/ MONDAY / OPTIONAL 

9 € per person and day 

LUNCH MONDAY / OPTIONAL 9 € per person

PUBLIC TRANSPORT 

In Berlin the public transportation is called „BVG“ he BC fare eans that it can be used ithin Berlin and to reach destinations a little outside of Berlin (for example Airport Berlin Brandenburg (BER)). To be able to offer these reduced prices every participant needs to book a ticket. The tickets are available for our guests in two different time frames:  

PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKET 02. - 06.04.2026 / 

Valid from 02. - 06.04.2026, range ABC, per person Equals 16 € per person 

ADDITIONALLY IT IS POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT Ticket 01. – 07.04.2026 / OPTIONAL 

20 € per person If you want to book more public transport tickets (for example parents, siblings) for the reduced Eastercup price, you can buy them in the office at court 1 - only payment in cash.
